School Photo Pennants

The first day photo happens whether you are ready for it or not. A pennant gives the picture a date and a grade without a laminated sign or a chalkboard nobody can read.

Cami Monet makes all three flags here by hand in the USA. Each is about 10 by 5 inches on a wooden dowel, with space left blank so you can fill in the grade, the date, or the year. The first day and last day pennants are sold separately, so you can bookend a school year with a matching pair.

There is a trick or treat pennant as well, which does the same job for a costume photo in October.
